Doctors Louis & Nancy Johnson began planning their pet cremation services and memorial park in 2000. Although progress was slowed by two open heart surgeries for their son - Journey's End will open in April 2007.
Dr. Nancy has loved and cared for animals since she was young, boarding neighbor's dogs, cats, ducks etc. when they needed her - thanks to a very understanding mom. She has been a veterinarian since 1984 in Chandler, OK. Our veterinary clients have expressed a need for cremation and memorial options for their beloved companion animals. When completed, the facility will include several gardens, a memorial wall, mausoleum, and a nature park cemetery.
We feel the nature park is the most appropriate setting for the interment of animal companions. It will offer family members a quiet retreat to visit. Hopefully, strolling along outdoor tracks will comfort the family, while recalling the happy times spent with their special friend.
